The amount and duration of these visits is determined by the usage of your lifts.

Emergency Breakdown Service:

We have a 24 hour emergency telephone helpdesk that is maintained 365 days a year.

Risk Assessment & Reporting:

All of our clients receive;
- Full site and Plant assessments
- Full M&E and H&S Condition status Reports

On-site Training:

All of our clients also receive on site training in the safe release of passengers trapped inside inoperative lifts.

Repair and Parts Replacement Coverage:

We can offer a range of different parts cover options to suit your requirements. All of our engineers carry a stock of common spares allowing them complete most breakdown tasks quickly and easily. All of our parts carry a 12 month defects warranty.
